    I really loved this hotel during my stay in Kuala Lampur for 5 days,everything was amazing starting from the staff who wait for you at the entrance,the lobby,the reception,room service and everything was amazing clean,fast,and helpful these 3 words describe the hotel the rooms r very large so u enjoy sitting there,and the location was very easy to reach any area

    i like everything,really i don't have anything to complain about

    Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were also very friendly.

    Certain areas of the room could use some sprucing up. Bath tub had some stains.

    What a wonderful hotel ! we were treated so well the manager Kurt was so helpful and all the other staff were superb our suite was gorgeous with a view of the petronas towers we could have stayed in the room and not gone out it was a gr8 respite from the kaos of KL

    It was the perfect hotel in a classs of its own with a hospitality that can comfort the tired traveller, the room has excellent amenities , and for the gourmet a perfect delight to sample the traditional cuisine . the bar with the live music offers a romantic and chic aura to the evening.

    Great location adjacent to Petronas Twin Tower, Quill mall and wholesale market, the mall, and centre of town with various and entertainment around, could not be better. Very specious units and very good staff at the Club Lounge and at the coffee house including the doorman.

    The refurbishments beautifully preserved classic elements like marble flooring.

    The air conditioning was hard to adjust, causing discomfort during the night.

    Very big room and a great bed.

    The price was ridiculous for the service you got. Staff advised they were organising transport from the airport for us for 82 ringgit. They send a Mercedes!!! For 210 ringgit instead and said they didn't have other cars. Also paid Singaporean $10 for a coffee - most expensive coffee i've ever had in a hotel. The whole impression was that staff pretended not to speak English or undertsand us and just tried to rip us off where possible.

    Am not really happy because I forgot a dress in the room , I came back for it but could not find it . I called several times and the house keeper told me they couldn't find it . So sad

    The Petronius tower SPG room is a must to get a stunning city scape view.

    As wonderful as the view was, the curtains don't anywhere near close, so don't expect to be sleeping in the dark.
